Let’s Walk the Kinsenkyo Gorge Trail!
Kinsenkyo Gorge, centered around the Shokotsu River flowing through Takinoue Town, is surrounded by well-maintained walking trails.
Visitors can enjoy a leisurely stroll while taking in the seasonal beauty of the gorge throughout the year.

Guided Tour Details
This tour takes you along the scenic walking trails of Kinsenkyo Gorge, with nature interpretation along the way.
The full route covers up to 5.5 km and takes approximately 2 to 3 hours. However, there are multiple route options, allowing for a shorter tour if preferred.
In winter, you can also enjoy a snowshoe walking experience on the snowy trails.

To ensure a high-quality experience and maintain safety, each tour is limited to a maximum of 6 participants. If you wish to book for a larger group, please contact us for arrangements.
The tour starts from Hotel Keikoku.
Start times are flexible based on consultation, but we generally recommend scheduling between early morning and 3:00 PM.
Price
Short Course – A Two-Hour Route Exploring the Area Below Rakuyo Falls
Long Course – Includes the Above Route Plus the Upstream Section to Niji-no-Hashi
Currently unavailable due to a section of the trail being closed following natural disaster damage.
The above rates apply for a minimum of two participants.
For solo participants, please contact us for consultation.
Child rates are only applicable when accompanied by an adult guardian.
Clothing
- Please wear clothing that covers your skin to protect against sun exposure and insects.
- Comfortable sneakers or similar footwear are suitable for walking.
- We also recommend wearing a hat.
