“Poussin” means “chick” in French.
Based in Takinoue Town, Hokkaido, we provide nature guiding services across Eastern Hokkaido. Our offerings include:
- Fly fishing guide services (primarily for beginners)
- Nature and environmental conservation workshops
- Certification courses for environmental education instructors, including Project WILD and Project WET
Through these activities, we aim to foster a deeper connection between people and nature while promoting environmental awareness and conservation.
Profile

Kotaro
Born in 1967 in Tokai Village, Ibaraki Prefecture.
In 1989, moved to Hokkaido upon enrolling at Rakuno Gakuen University.
Since 1993, has been working as a junior high school science teacher at the Okhotsk General Subprefectural Bureau while volunteering as a nature guide.
In 2001, relocated to TakinoueTown and became involved in the activities of the NPO Shokotsu River and Trout Conservation Association.
